Cafe Breen is owned and operated by Edward and Claire Breen. Edward, an award winning chef from Las Vegas made his way to Louisiana to help out in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. He fell in love with the area and the cuisine. He has brought his own special flair that combines the best of Cajun cuisine with the drama of Las Vegas to create an unparalleled dining experience.
Claire Breen is a native of Louisiana, growing up in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Breaux Bridge, Opelousas & Lafayette. An outstanding cook in her own right, Claire handles the business and Front End of things and the creation of desserts & pastries that are as stunning to the eye as they are to the palate.
The focus at The Fabulous Cafe Breen is to provide excellent, exciting food & service based on traditional southern charm and Cajun cooking in an atmosphere that is relaxed, fun and family friendly.
